How to register 

The registration is open until Sept 27 2017.

You are invited to register exclusively online. Please notice that cash payment is NOT possible.

Registration fees include: 

•  For the participants who are not members of the ILTER Coordination Committee

Participation to the conference, coffee breaks (morning and afternnon), lunches (Oct 2, 3 and 4) and dinners (Oct 2 and 3) and conference material

• For the members of the ILTER Coordination Committee (the members of the ILTER Coordination Committee are kindly requested to register ALSO in the specific meeting section). The fieldtrip is optional.
  

 - If they take part only to the board meeting (Oct 4 to 8), the participation to the meeting, lunches, gala dinner (Oct 6), field trip (Oct 7 and 8). Attention the Oct 4 and 5 dinners are not included and should be paid directly to the hotel.

- If they wish also to participate to the conference (Oct 2 to 4), the participation to the conference, coffee breaks, lunches (Oct 2 and 4) and conference materials are added. Attention: the Oct 2 and 3 dinners are not included and should be paid directly to the hotel.

  Please note that registration will be closed on September 22, 2017

- Member of the ILTER Coordination Committee (only the board meeting with fieldtrip): 493 €

- Member of the ILTER Coordination Committee (only the board meeting without fieldtrip): 290 €

- Member of the ILTER Coordination Committee and conference (with fieldtrip): 596 €

- Member of the ILTER Coordination Committee and conference (without fieldtrip): 376 €

- Oct 6 gala dinner for accompanying persons: 50 €

- Oct 7 - 8 field trips for accompanying persons: 127 €

Notice to Speakers

Each accepted communication (oral or poster)  must be associated imperatively with an inscription of one of the authors before Septembre 7, 2017. 

One of the authors enrolled in the conference must also be present for the oral or poster presentation of the communication on the day established for that conference. 

Registration cancellation

Cancellations must be notified by e-mail (Registration/Communication cancellation). 

For Congress cancellations received before September 21, 2017, payment of the registration (made by check, credit card, bank transfer or purchase order) will be due to 50% of its tariff.  After this date, payment of the entire registration will be required. 

Failure to attend the conference does not constitute grounds for cancellation.
